This place has the pick-up service 24h. You can go out and come back anytime you want. They will pick you up near the MRT station.

The light is not enough for work or do the make-up. For the food, some of menu the test is really bad (too salty). I recommend you to order only American breakfast!

A very nice location, very close walking distance to MRT, lots of food shop around. It quite dark on the road back to hotel at night but hotel provides 24 hours buggy service. Room is OK and clean.

Staff were constantly giving me false information if they did not know the answer. When I discovered that the room that I was given had flooded with water from the rain. I was told to wait at least an hour before another room would be available as I checked in a little early. I had already seen a number of open rooms on my way that were just waiting for cleaning, with no staff in sight to clean them. At this point I also had bags of food that I had picked up from the supermarket while waiting to check in, that needed to be refrigerated. Luckily, they gave me another room soon after, all the while reminding me that this was a bigger room that they had to give me. Upon check-out, the staff asked " did you bring?", after a few questions, it turned out she was referring to the hair dryer I had requested ( which I thought was supposed to be included in the room). Apparently I was also supposed to bring it back down to them. While they made me wait for a staff member to bring it down, I tried to ask the receptionist how much longer it will be as I was getting late for my flight. She completely ignored me at first. When I asked again, she simply radio called a staff member about the dryer only to find out that no one had gone to get it. She made me wait longer as she ran up to get it herself. It was only at this point she gave back my room key deposit! To top it off, some of the staff were just plain rude ( including one of the staff at the cafe downstairs, and one of the drivers). By rude I mean, they would just laugh in my face when I tried to explain why the information they were giving me was not what I asked for, clearly they had no manners or a sense of hospitality. I would definitely not recommend this place.

Good aircon. golf car to bring us to bts. good location.

Toilet window was abit dirty. card access was unable to open the main door to lift lobby. The receptionist had to use her finger scan to open the door.

The room service for food is good and fast

May have difficulties to communicate as some staffs cannot speak English at all. Also there is no complimentary toothbrush and the towel is limited to 1 time usage. Need to wait for the next day to change for a new one.

the bed linens are of good quality ; mattress a little hard but that's the usual way in thailande;good water pressure in the shower, bathroom with daylight instead of blind. food stalls near by.

takes a little use to find the location in the soi behind the market.

The ants in the room, and when I called the reception for ant poison, he said 'no have'. After 3 days I had enough and moved to a 4* hotel in the city center which turned out to be a bit cheaper and next to the metro.

Only the location I guess.

Staying in this hotel, make me feel like sleeping on the plane where you get zero sleep. The bed is not comfortable. The pillow is as hard as rock. You can hear the noise of everything car, your neighbor because the wall is so thin and the room door is so loud. I don't think I would recommend any one to stay here.

No noise, close to conveniences for food and else (7-11), nice restaurant set up, very clean everywhere, comfortable bed linens, nice natural lighted bathroom, big fridge etc...

Easy access to MRT, food stalls and 7/11 nearby. Perfect location to reach Chatuchak market, Mo chit and JJ Mall. Free transport to Sutthisan MRT station.

Seems to have a construction site nearby, construction noise from 7 onwards, not the hotel's fault though.
